Our family has been in the mobile home industry since 1953. We manage and maintain all of our properties with some part-time office help, and about 5 full time maintenance men. Our main office is located in the mobile home park "Country Living Estates" in Bowling Green, Kentucky and we manage all of our properties from that location. We offer financing and try to keep payments approximately $250 per month for "Land" sales, and sales of "Land and Home" require 10% down.
